Mr. Speiser has been a managing director at Sutter Hill Ventures, a venture capital firm, since 2008, and serves on the boards of several private companies and unannounced projects. From 2012 to 2014, Mr. Speiser served as the part-time Chief Executive Officer of Snowflake, Inc., and he s served as a director since the company s inception in 2012. He also served as founding Chief Executive Officer at Augment, Observe, Pure Storage, Inc., and others, and held executive leadership positions at Bix, Inc., Veritas Software, and Yahoo!. Mr. Speiser brings to our Board of Directors more than three decades experience as a technology leader and venture capitalist, including a proven track record of building some of the fastest growing companies in the world, developing industry-leading products, and incubating some of the most pivotal AI technologies in the industry. This extensive venture capital expertise makes him an exceptionally strong contributor to our Investment Committee, where his insights are invaluable in evaluating and guiding our strategic investments.
