As a seasoned CEO and previous director of large public technology companies, Mr. Doluca has contributed extensively to our Board s oversight of corporate strategy, financial management, compensation, operations, marketing and research and development. Mr. Doluca has a range of experience across compensation and human capital matters, and, as the Chair of the Compensation and Talent Committee, has helped guide the development of our compensation programs and people policies and programs, including those critical to successfully executing the Separation.
