Thomas Greco has been a member of our Board since December 2024. He has served as Chief Executive Officer of FleetPride Inc. since July 23, 2025. Mr. Greco previously served as Director, President, Chief Executive Officer of Advance Auto Parts, Inc. (NYSE: AAP) from April 2016 to September 2023. Prior to that, Mr. Greco served as Chief Executive Officer of Frito-Lay North America, a unit of PepsiCo, Inc., from 2011 to 2016, where he was responsible for overseeing PepsiCo's snack and convenient foods business in the U.S. and Canada. Mr. Greco served in roles of increasing responsibility at PepsiCo since joining the company in 1986. Before joining PepsiCo, he worked at The Procter & Gamble Company. Mr. Greco serves on the board of directors of Tapestry, Inc. (NYSE: TPR). He also serves on the board of the American Heart Association. Mr. Greco's prior experience as a chief executive officer of several public companies provides the Board with valuable managerial, business, and strategic expertise. Additionally, Mr. Greco's experience gained through his service on other public company boards makes him an excellent resource for, and valued member of, the Board. Mr. Greco's term will expire at the annual meeting of stockholders to be held in 2028.
