Dr. Hemphill has extensive executive leadership experience in academia, bringing insight into the needs and practices of the academic community critical for developing and innovating new business models in our key businesses. Dr. Hemphill has served as Old Dominion University's (ODU) ninth president since 2021 and previously served as Radford University's seventh president from 2016 to 2021. Dr. Hemphill has also held senior roles at various educational institutions earlier in his career, including the University of Arkansas-Fayetteville, Northern Illinois University, and West Virginia State University.
