Independent Director Director Since: 2022 Age: 59 Committees: Audit Sustainability Professional and Board Experience Ms. Gast retired as of December 31, 2023 from her role as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Bayer Crop Science, a division of Bayer AG, a multinational pharmaceutical and life sciences company, and one of the leading agricultural companies in the world. In this role, she was a member of the Crop Science Executive Leadership Team and served in such capacity since 2021. From 2018 to 2021, she served as Chief Financial Officer for Bayer US. Prior to joining Bayer Crop Science, from 2011 to 2018, Ms. Gast served as the Vice President of Commercial Finance for Monsanto Company. Prior to 2018, Ms. Gast held a variety of roles in increasing responsibility within several business units at Monsanto Company, beginning in 1995. Ms. Gast has a B.A. in Economics from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana and received a certified public accountant certificate. Skills and Qualifications Ms. Gast s executive leadership experience and her expertise on financial accounting matters make her qualified to serve as a member of our Board.
