Mr. Vassalluzzo is a Managing Member of Prescott General Partners LLC ( PGP ), an investment adviser registered with the SEC. PGP serves as the general partner of three private investment limited partnerships, including Prescott Associates L.P. (together, the Prescott Partnerships ). Mr. Vassalluzzo joined the Prescott Organization in 1998 as an equity analyst, became a general partner of the Prescott Partnerships in 2000, and transitioned to Managing Member of PGP following Prescott s reorganization in January 2012. Prior to 1998, Mr. Vassalluzzo worked in public accounting at Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP). The Prescott Partnerships have been shareholders of the Company since 1993.
