Ms. Wagner served as Senior Vice President, Government Affairs and Policy at Global Blood Therapeutics, Inc., from 2018 through January 2021. Prior to joining Global Blood Therapeutics, Ms. Wagner served as Senior Vice President, Global Governmental Affairs and a member of the Executive Committee at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from 2012 to 2018, and as Vice President, Global Government Affairs from 2009 to 2012. We believe she is qualified to serve on our Board because of her enterprise leadership experience and her extensive experience as a government affairs executive driving strategy for government policy, pricing, reimbursement and patient access for various biopharmaceutical companies, including leading the pricing and reimbursement strategy, and implementing the global compliance programs for leading rare disease biopharmaceutical organizations.
