Denise M. Merle is Senior Vice President and Chief Administration Officer at Weyerhaeuser REIT, a leading timberland real estate investment trust. Her achievements include spearheading talent development programs, enhancing diversity and inclusion initiatives, and integrating sustainability into core business practices, which have bolstered employee engagement and operational resilience. A graduate of the University of Washington with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Merle is a recognized leader in fostering high-performance cultures within complex organizations.
