Previously, she served as Senior Counsel at Celgene Corporation, managing legal operations for oncology portfolios, and held progressive roles at Amgen Inc., handling complex commercial, regulatory, and M&A matters. Earlier in her career, she practiced corporate and securities law at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP. A graduate of the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, Andrea is called to the bars of British Columbia and Ontario.
