Mr. Truelove has been a non-executive member of the Board since October 2021. He has over 40 years of experience in the global upstream oil and gas industry. From 2018 to October 2021, he served on the Board of Directors of Legacy Expro. Mr. Truelove has also served on the Board of Directors of Bristow Group Inc. since 2019. From 2011 to 2018, he worked for the Hess Corporation, an energy company, most recently as Senior Vice President, Global Services, which included serving as the Chief Information Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and leading the Supply Chain/Logistics organization. Prior to assuming this role, he served as Senior Vice President for Hess global offshore businesses and prior to that he was Senior Vice President for Global Drilling and Completions. From 1980 through 2010, Mr. Truelove worked for Royal Dutch Shell where he most recently served as Senior Vice President for the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company/NDC on secondment from Shell. Prior to that he led Shell s global deepwater drilling and completions business. During his time with Hess and Shell, Mr. Truelove held leadership positions around the world in drilling and production operations and engineering, asset management, project management, R&D, Health/Safety/Environment, and corporate strategy, amongst others. Mr. Truelove was selected as a director because of his extensive experience in the oil and gas industry and his public company experience.
