Flor M. Colón is the Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Corporate Secretary of Xerox Holdings Corporation, where she leads the global legal organization and provides strategic counsel to the Board of Directors and executive leadership. In this role, she oversees all aspects of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, securities law, and commercial transactions, ensuring the company's operations align with legal and ethical standards across more than 160 countries. Colón joined Xerox in 2010 as Vice President and Associate General Counsel, rising rapidly through the ranks due to her expertise in complex corporate matters. Prior to Xerox, she spent over a decade at PepsiCo in senior legal roles, managing high-stakes litigation, commercial agreements, and global supply chain issues. Her early career began as a corporate associate at Proskauer Rose LLP, following her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and B.A. from New York University. Among her key achievements, Colón spearheaded the legal aspects of Xerox's transformative spin-off of its Business Process Outsourcing business into Conduent Inc. in 2017 and advised on major acquisitions like Affiliated Computer Services. A champion for diversity, she has been recognized by the Hispanic National Bar Association and serves on advisory boards, mentoring the next generation of legal leaders while advancing Xerox's commitment to inclusive corporate practices.
