Brian C. Cornell joined the YUM Board in 2015 and has served as Non-Executive Chair since November 2018. Mr. Cornell previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Target Corporation, a general merchandise retailer, until February 1, 2026, a position he held since August 2014. Mr. Cornell also previously served as the Chief Executive Officer of PepsiCo Americas Foods, a division of PepsiCo, Inc. from March 2012 to July 2014.
