Jeremy Wacksman is Chief Executive Officer of Zillow Group. The Board believes that its current leadership structure, with Mr. Frink and Mr. Barton serving as Co-Executive Chairmen and Mr. Wacksman serving as Chief Executive Officer, is appropriate because it enables the Board, as a whole, to engage in oversight of management, promote communication and collaboration between management and the Board, and oversee governance matters, while allowing our Chief Executive Officer to focus on his primary responsibility, the operational leadership and strategic direction of the Company.
