Leon O. Moulder, Jr., is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of Zenas BioPharma USA, Inc., a clinical-stage biotechnology company dedicated to developing innovative therapies for patients with autoimmune diseases. Since establishing the company in 2021, he has led Zenas in advancing its lead candidate, obexelimab, a first-in-class therapy targeting the CD19-CD21-CD81 axis, through multiple Phase 3 clinical trials for conditions such as IgG4-related disease and relapsing multiple sclerosis.
