Yuan is the founder of our Company and has served as the Chairman of our Board of Directors, President and Chief Executive Officer since June 2011. From May 2007 to June 2011, Mr. Yuan served as Corporate Vice President of Engineering at Cisco. Mr. Yuan served in various roles, most recently as Vice President of Engineering, at WebEx Communications, Inc. ("WebEx"), an internet company, from August 1997 until its acquisition by Cisco in May 2007. Mr. Yuan currently serves on the board of directors of Intuit, Inc., a financial software company, and is a nominee for election to the board of directors of ServiceNow, Inc. (ServiceNow), a digital workflow company, at ServiceNow's 2026 annual meeting of stockholders to be held on May 21, 2026.
