Jay Chaudhry is our co-founder and has served as our Chief Executive Officer and as Chairman of our board of directors since September 2007. Mr. Chaudhry holds an M.B.A. and an M.S. in electrical engineering and industrial engineering from the University of Cincinnati and a B. Tech in electronics engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University) Varanasi. We believe Mr. Chaudhry is qualified to serve as a member of our board of directors because he is a security industry pioneer and an accomplished entrepreneur, having founded and built several companies, and based on the perspective, operational insight and expertise he has accumulated as our co-founder and our Chief Executive Officer.
