Raj Judge has served as our Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy since May 2025. Prior to joining Zscaler, Mr. Judge spent over 25 years at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, a law firm, where he advised on corporate securities matters including, venture capital financings, initial public offerings, acquisitions and board governance matters. Mr. Judge was a senior partner and Co-Chair of Emerging Companies and Venture Capital. Mr. Judge holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles and a J.D. We believe Mr. Judge is qualified to serve as a member of our board of directors based on his extensive experience with public technology companies, including advising public company corporate strategy and board matters.
