Scott Darling has served as president of Dell Technologies Capital, the venture capital arm of Dell Technologies Inc., since September 2016. Prior to joining Dell Technologies upon its acquisition of EMC Corp., Mr. Darling was president of EMC Corporate Development and Ventures from March 2012 to September 2016, and in this role he was responsible for EMC s business development and venture capital investment activity. Prior to joining EMC, Mr. Darling was a general partner at Frazier Technology Ventures II, L.P., which he joined in 2007, and was vice president and managing director at Intel Capital Corp., the venture capital arm of Intel Corporation, from 2000 to 2007. Mr. Darling previously served on the board of directors of DocuSign Inc., a provider of electronic signature technology and digital transaction management services. Mr. Darling holds a B.A. in economics from the University of California at Santa Cruz and an M.B.A. from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. We believe Mr. Darling is qualified to serve as a member of our board of directors based on his experience as a director of and as an investor in multiple technology companies.
