Bernard Gutmann has served as a member of our Board of Directors since June 2023. Mr. Gutmann brings close to forty years of experience in the semiconductor space. Most recently he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer of ON Semiconductor, a semiconductor manufacturing company, a position he held from September 2012 to February 2021. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2012, he served in the role of Vice President, Corporate Analysis & Strategy of SCI LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of ON Semiconductor. From 1999 to 2002, he held the position of Director, Financial Planning & Analysis of SCI LLC. In these roles, his responsibilities have included finance integration, financial reporting, restructuring, tax, treasury and financial planning and analysis. Prior to joining ON Semiconductor, Mr. Gutmann served in various financial positions with Motorola, a consumer electronics company, from 1982 to 1999, including controller of various divisions and an off-shore wafer and backend factory, finance and accounting manager, financial planning manager and financial analyst. Mr. Gutmann holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Massachusetts.
