Frank Gordon has served as managing partner of Crofton Capital LLP, a private equity fund, since 2002. Mr. Gordon currently serves on the board of directors of a number of non-profit organizations and private companies. Mr. Gordon earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Texas in Austin and a Masters in Business Administration from Georgia State University. The Company believes that Mr. Gordon s extensive healthcare business experience, including, but not limited to, service as a director in a management capacity and as an investor with both start-up and well-established companies, gives him the qualifications and skills to serve as a director.
