Thompson S. Dent has served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Urgent Team, LLC, an independent operator of urgent care centers, since 2013. Mr. Dent has also served as the co-founder and Executive Chairman of Re: Cognition Health, Ltd. London, England, an independent provider for cognitive disorders and pharmaceutical clinical trials in Alzheimer's and other CNS diseases, since 2010. He served as executive chairman and chief executive officer of MedTel International Corporation, an international diagnostic imaging company based in Nashville, TN, from 2004 to 2008. Mr. Dent earned a Masters in Healthcare Administration from The George Washington University and a Bachelor s degree in Business from Mississippi State University. He has served as our lead Independent Director since December 15, 2014. The Company believes that Mr. Dent s decades of healthcare services industry expertise, including service on numerous healthcare company boards and committees, give him the qualifications and skills to serve as a director.
