Having served as co-founder, chief executive officer, president, chief scientific officer or chief operating officer of several biotechnology companies throughout her career, Dr. Hedley has experience leading and overseeing the complex operations and risks of these businesses, including building C-suite teams, raising capital, and managing research and development, commercial development, manufacturing and supply chains, quality, regulatory affairs, and corporate strategy. Dr. Hedley has extensive experience navigating complex FDA regulatory pathways and achieving successful drug approvals in highly regulated environments.
