Edward J. Dulac III serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer at Intellia Therapeutics, Inc., a leading clinical-stage genome editing company focused on developing potentially curative therapies using CRISPR-based technologies. Prior to Intellia, Dulac was Chief Financial Officer at bluebird bio, Inc., from 2018 to 2021, where he led financial strategy during a period of rapid growth and clinical advancements in gene therapies. Before that, he held progressive leadership positions at Biogen, including Vice President of Finance for the Hemophilia & Rare Disease franchise from 2016 to 2018, and various finance roles supporting commercial operations. Earlier in his career, Dulac served as Director of Finance at Alkermes, Inc., from 2013 to 2016, and held finance positions at Genzyme Corporation (now part of Sanofi). Dulac holds an MBA from Babson College and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire's Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics.
