Parth Mehrotra has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Privia Health since July 2023. Prior to that, he served as our President and Chief Operating Officer from 2018 to 2023. Prior to his role at Privia Health, from 2016 to 2018, Mr. Mehrotra was the Chief Operating Officer of Brighton Health Group Holdings, LLC, a healthcare services holding company which owned Privia Health prior to its IPO in 2021. Prior to 2016, Mr. Mehrotra held a senior finance role at athenahealth Inc., and also worked in the healthcare investment banking group at Goldman Sachs and Co. and as a management consultant at Accenture. Mr. Mehrotra received an M.B.A. from Northwestern University s Kellogg School of Management and a bachelor s degree in Economics from St. Stephen s College, University of Delhi. Mr. Mehrotra is a valuable member of our Board of Directors because of his operational and historical expertise from serving as Privia s Chief Executive Officer and his extensive professional experience in the healthcare industry.
